Maybe Oona bought it for him :) On my old Tumblr blog, I did a post about how the press always commented on Charlie's clothes during the trial. They would mention what color his suits and ties were and how often he would wear them. They would also mix in comments about his demeanor, such as: "Charlie wore his favorite polka dot blue tie, but no sign of a smile".
You got to love that tie:)
