Charlie with the troops at Camp Greene, NC, 1918

This photo, which is currently up for sale on eBay, was taken during the third Liberty Loan tour in April, 1918. Although the quality isn't all that great, it's still a nice, rare shot of Charlie .

    just proves what a little dude he was. it looks like he's being draged around and heaved on people's shoulders as if he were nothing but a ragdoll.
