The original caption (in Dutch) said Charlie & the boys were on his motorboat. I assume this is on the Panacea but I'm not sure. I'm also not sure what Charlie is doing with his hands here.
I've seen a slightly lighter version of this image and in that version it looks like they were row boating out to the Panacea. must be one of the weekends Sydney wasn't on "the gun beat", as his brother related in his book.
