I believe he is wearing the same sweater that he wore in a photo shoot a couple of years before (click here), except this time without the mustache.

    are those legs to a swingset on the right? I bet they are.

      yep, that's a swingset. You can also see it in a photo in "My Autobiography" of a children's party for Michael. In my copy it's on page 433. Judy Garland is also in the photo.
