Everything in the painting looks so modern in a way. Hard to believe it was a 1933 artwork. There was so much genius back then springing up. And all those stars at the same beach party. Reminds me of the film I saw yesterday with EVERYBODY in Hollywood....A Midsummer Night's Dream.
I like Kay Francis over by the fence, behind the guy in the boater. She's leaning back on her arms.
