I think there were two boats named Panacea. I've read that the original Panacea (the one they are sunbathing on above) was legally owned by Paulette. It was a gift from Charlie but he must have had it put in her name and that's why she got it after they split up. Then during his marriage to Oona, he bought a second yacht and named it Panacea. This may be the one that was sold in the '50s.
